General Return Policy
If upon receiving and inspecting an item for the first time, its description is not as advertised, or it has been damaged during shipping, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment.
Only items with a Return Merchandise Authorisation obtained from Watchtower (“RMA”) may be returned. Watchtower reserves the right to refuse any item returned without a RMA. We do not guarantee a replacement will be available.
- Items are not eligible for return after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Any item purchased on location after a physical inspection is not eligible for return.
While we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, we hope to encourage our buyers to plan their purchases carefully, which will help them avoid having to go through the hassle of a return. (This is set out in the refund section)
To initiate the return process, send an e-mail clearly stating what item you would like to return and the reason together with a copy of the receipt. We will issue you a RMA number. After receiving the RMA number, you must return the item within 30 days of the date of shipping it to you. After 30 days, the RMA will expire, and Watchtower will not accept the return. If Watchtower determines the item is not to be returned it will provide you with instructions on how to dispose of it in a responsible manner.

Watchtower will not refund the purchase price until the item has been received at its return address.
Items Damaged During Shipment
From the date of a shipment, you have 30 days to inspect and inform us by letter or email of any damages to the item that occurred during shipment prior to delivery to your address. If your ordered item was damaged during shipment, please follow the procedures for initiating the return process. If we have an available replacement, we may give you the option to substitute it. If you fail to notify us of any damage to your item within 30 days of the date of shipment, Watchtower accepts no responsibility and the item will not qualify under our return policy.
Return Shipment is the Buyer’s Responsibility
When returning an item that qualifies under our return policy to Watchtower, you are responsible for packing the item in the original box with sufficient packaging material to protect the item. Please mark the shipping label with the issued RMA number. It is in your interest to insure the item on its return to Watchtower.
Any item damaged during return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility. We will not issue a replacement for such an item. When we receive such an item, we will inform you by e-mail that the item was received damaged, and we will store it up to 45 days. You are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and instructing us concerning the disposition of the damaged item. If we do not receive notification or response from you within 45 days, the item will be discarded without any liability attaching to Watchtower.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via original payment method. If in our opinion an item qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded the purchase price once we have received the item and inspected it for any damage. In the event we do not provide you with a return shipping label, we will refund shipping costs up to a maximum amount of £50 within the UK or £100 within the EU only if the return is as result of damage to the item during shipping by us to you.
